Cabinet newcomer TIM HOLDING becomes minister for manufacturing and exports and thefinancial services industry.
Meanwhile, former cabinet secretary GAVIN JENNINGS becomes minister for aged care andminister for Aboriginal affairs, while THEO THEOPHANOUS takes on the portfolios of energy,industries and resources.
Mr BRACKS says Mr THWAITES' appointments are reflection of the importance of waterand environmental sustainability in his government's second term.
The premier says Mr THWAITES will oversee initiatives funded from the state's $320million Water Trust.
