EVELYN FITZPATRICK.(CAPITAL REGION)

Evelyn Fitzpatrick, 60, of Pleasant Street, Pleasantdale, died Tuesday in Samaritan Hospital after a brief illness.

She was born in Brooklyn and raised and educated in Green Island. She was a graduate of Heatly High School.

Mrs. Fitzpatrick was a homemaker and had worked for the several years in the cafeteria at the Emma Willard School and at the former Wells and Coverly Clothing Store as assistant credit manager.

She was a former member of the Church of the Good Shepherd in Green Island and a former member of its choir.

Survivors include her husband, Donald D. Fitzpatrick; three daughters, Gail Ann Coonradt of Troy and Evelyn R. Smith and Karen L. Bulson, both of Pittstown; a son, Donald A. Fitzpatrick of Pleasantdale; her father, James E. Golden Sr. of Wilton; a brother, James E. Golden Jr. of Florida; two sisters, Shirley Halls of Colonie and Mary Sickinger of Malta; and 13 grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Charles H. Mason and Son Funeral Home, 109th Street and Third Avenue, Lansingburgh, with burial in Elmwood Hill Cemetery in Troy.

Calling hours will be 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
